ABOUT COVID-19:

Clients will be required to sign a COVID-19 HEALTH FORM before your appointment. No Form = No Service. Upon service, you will be asked to sign that you have read and understand all questions asked.

 

GUIDELINES FOR APPOINTMENTS:

(This may be part of the new normal for the Beauty Industry going forward.)

 

SOLO VISIT: 
Please come to your appointment alone. No additional guests are allowed to attend your appointment, children included. The waiting room should be empty.

 

PERSONAL ITEMS:
Please limit the personal items you bring into the salon. The least items you bring in the better.

 

TEMPERATURE CHECK:
EVERYONE will have their temperature checked. No exceptions!
Anyone who has a temperature over 99 degrees will be sent home. This is non-negotiable.

 

WAIVER FORM:
Per the GA Board of Cosmetology – Each client will be asked on the form – Have you had a cough or fever? Have you been around anyone exhibiting these symptoms in the past 14 days? Are you living with anyone who is sick or quarantined? 
If any of these scenarios result in ‘yes’, I ask that you reschedule your appointment to a later date no later than 48 hours before your appointment to avoid penalties.
